Print Marketing Materials

From business cards to custom signage and packaging: designed, prepared, and produced through one person who actually understands print, not a vendor you’re hoping gets it right.

Why Work With One Print Partner

One relationship, not five vendors.

You're not comparing quotes, chasing proofs, or explaining your brand to a new print shop every time you need something.

Consistent branding, every time.

Your business cards, banners, and signage all look like they came from the same business, because they were built from the same brand guide.

Professional guidance, not guesswork.

Wrong bleed settings, mismatched colors, the wrong stock for the job. Expensive mistakes that are easy to avoid with someone who's done print production before.

Real production experience.

This isn't design work handed off to a printer and hoped for. It's managed through production, start to finish.

Common Challenges I Solve

Why Not Just Order Online?

Online print sites are fine for a quick, simple reorder of something you’ve ordered a hundred times before. Where they fall short is everything around the order itself: nobody’s checking your file for a bleed error before it becomes 500 miscut postcards, nobody’s telling you your business card stock won’t hold up the way you think it will, and nobody’s making sure your new banner actually matches the brand colors on your website. That’s the gap Elk Emporium fills. Not by being the cheapest option, but by catching the mistakes before they cost you money, and making sure everything you produce looks like it belongs to the same business.

14+ Years in Print Production, Not Just Design

I’ve worked in print production since 2012: over 14 years of hands-on experience placing and facilitating orders, touring production facilities, and learning exactly what to check before a job goes to press. I’m comfortable with the technical side most designers hand off to someone else (bleeds, color profiles, dielines, and the structural side of folded and packaged pieces), and I know what a costly mistake looks like before it happens, not after.

That experience shows up during the proofing stage of every project. I review files for the mismatches, bleed errors, and cut-line problems that would otherwise turn into a wasted print run. And if you already have a design from a previous designer or an in-house file, I can prepare it correctly for production and manage the print run. You don’t have to start over.

How a Project Works, Start to Finish

1. Consultation

What you need: the piece, the timeline, the budget, and how it fits your brand.

2. Design

Designed from scratch, or your existing design prepared for production.

3. Proofing

You review and approve a proof before anything goes to production.

4. Production

Coordinated with trusted, vetted print partners chosen for that product.

5. Delivery

Ready to use, with coordinated shipping or installation help for graphics and signage.

Print Materials, Organized by What You Actually Need

Everyday business essentials

Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, presentation folders, NCR forms. For client meetings, invoicing, proposals, and day-to-day operations.

Marketing & promotional pieces

Brochures, flyers, postcards, rack cards, door hangers, stickers, magnets. For campaigns, direct mail, promotions, and launches.

Signage & event displays

Yard signs, retractable banners, event displays, vinyl banners, promotional signage. For trade shows, grand openings, and events.

Vehicle & location branding

Window graphics, wall graphics, vehicle magnets, and decals. For storefronts and company vehicles that double as advertising.

See What's Possible

Those categories cover the essentials, but they’re just a starting point. The full product catalog shows the range of materials, finishes, and formats available, from vehicle wraps and window graphics to retractable banners, acrylic signage, custom apparel, and more. If it’s in the catalog, it can be produced. If you need something that isn’t, ask. There’s a good chance it can still be sourced and managed as part of your project.

Many items are available with 2-day FedEx shipping, which is worth asking about if you’re working against a deadline.

Everything Matches, On Purpose

If you’ve built your website and branding with me, your print materials are produced from the same brand guide: same colors, same fonts, same logo usage, so nothing looks like an afterthought. If your branding was built elsewhere, I can work from what exists or help tighten it up so everything you produce going forward is consistent.

Common Questions

No. I design and manage every project personally, and coordinate production with trusted, vetted print partners chosen for what’s best for that specific product. You only ever work directly with me.

Yes. If you have an existing design, I can prepare the files correctly for production and manage the print run, even if I didn’t create the original design.

Yes. With 14+ years in print production, I’ve worked with structural and folded pieces beyond the standard catalog items. If you’re not sure whether something’s possible, ask.

It depends on the product, quantity, and finish, so I don’t publish a fixed price list. I’ll give you a real estimate based on what you actually need.

It varies by product and current workload, but many items are available with 2-day FedEx shipping once a design is approved. Tell me your deadline and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s realistic.
